MetaFoundry Labs didn't start with a whiteboard and a hypothesis. It started on warehouse floors, in shipping yards, and inside the operations that keep industrial supply chains moving.
For over two decades, our leadership operated industrial facilities — managing steel, coils, and heavy cargo across complex multi-site operations. That experience led to our sister company, CareGo, which builds automation technology that transforms how facilities operate. Today, CareGo's technology runs across dozens of facilities in multiple countries, proving that software fundamentally changes industrial operations.
MetaFoundry Labs was founded to focus entirely on that opportunity. A pure software company dedicated to modernizing industrial facilities — tools designed for the people who run these operations.

Nathalie is CFO of both MetaFoundry Labs and CareGo, with 27 years of finance leadership in industrial technology. She guides financial strategy across both companies, ensuring MetaFoundry's financial foundation supports aggressive growth while maintaining the discipline that made CareGo successful.
Demetrius Tsafaridis
Chief Executive Officer
Demetrius is CEO of both MetaFoundry Labs and its sister company CareGo. With 25+ years operating and automating industrial facilities, he built CareGo's automation technology now running across dozens of facilities worldwide. MetaFoundry is the next evolution — pure software, built from the same operational foundation.
David Arango
Managing Director
David leads MetaFoundry Labs' operations, product development, and strategy. He spent eight years building CareGo's product organization — launching products, embedding AI into development workflows, and scaling teams. At MetaFoundry, he's focused on building software that solves real operational problems.
